Leon brings 19 years’ experience from management and project execution of major renewable and electrical infrastructure projects from early development through to commissioning and handover to operations. Leon previously held the position as Head of Electrical Systems in Statkraft Offshore Wind, with the responsibility for offshore substation platforms, array and export cable systems and grid connection of Statkraft's offshore wind farms.

Tor Inge holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration.
He specialises in development of complex Cost Assessment Tools for Optimal Layout Valuation in Offshore Windfarms (Dogger Bank Cost of Energy Model, Triton Knoll, etc.); Financial Analyses for Onshore/Offshore Wind Acquisitions; Cost Model Auditing for the Offshore Wind Industry; and Acquisition Strategy. Tor Inge has 13 years experience in the renewables industry, also previously working for Statkraft as an Investment Analyst.

Stig has been the Chief Executive of REN AS based in Bergen in Norway for 12 years. He has a Masters Degree in Power Engineering from NTH, the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, the leading university in Norway for Power Systems & Electrical Engineering. He has experience from the Hydro Energy and Oil and Gas industries and worked for several Grid and Power Companies before joining REN as CEO.
Energy Engineer
Veslemøy holds a MSc. degree in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from the University of Freiburg, Germany as well as a bachelor's degree in Energy Technology from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Bergen. Veslemøy has recently joined the ÆGE Energy group in their Bergen office, undertaking development and engineering management work on a variety of onshore and offshore wind, electrification and solar PV projects.
Business Administrator
Anne Louise holds a BSc. in business administration from the Norwegian Business School B.I. in Bergen, Norway with specialisation in Advanced Managerial Accounting and Real Investment Theory.
Anne Louise holds the position as Finance and Administration Manager in the ÆGE Energy Group supporting the wider operations across their Nordic and Baltic businesses, including as Business & Project Services Manager for the CS-Solutions joint venture.
REN AS Norway
Bjørn is an Electrical Engineer and also a trained linesman. Bjørn has played a key role in the set-up of the REN cable warehouse in Norway and establishing the Operational Systems and repair response arrangements. He is the Operations Manager when there is a preparedness incident.

Magnus is an electrical engineer and has played a key role in the specification and purchase of cable for REN's storage and emergency preparedness facility in Norway. He is the Assistant Operations Manager when there is an emergency incident.
